France: Natamycin in semolina

France allows the application of Natamycin on some products. You are able to use natamycin in the outside surface of semolina, tapioca and similar puddings in France when you do not exceed 3 µg/g. The natamycin solutions remain unchanged at room temperature. It doesn’t have bacterial action so it can be applied in food industry.
