What is the effectiveness of a pack comprised of nisin and natamycin?

Packs made of nisin and natamycin do not allow yeast and moss to grow on the surface of certain cheeses, such as the Argentinian Port Salut, and exert control on the growth of psychotropic bacteria. These compounds also act as inhibitors of the growth of bacteria such as saccharomyces cerevisiae and listeria innocua.
